Consultancy Experience

* 25 years experience working in Northern Ireland with a variety of different organisations. Currently developing integrated children’s services in West Belfast and the Greater Shankill and neighbourhood renewal and comprehensive community planning/implementation in North Belfast

* Worked in the London Borough of Lewisham since 2006 developing/supporting change in day services for people with learning disabilities

* Supported the development of a integrated children’s services and a new Children’s Trust in Plymouth. Organisation development support to the city council at Board level. 2001-7

* Developed and implemented the Stamford Forum initiative on Learning Disabilities (see reports sections of the web site).

* Consultant to the World Bank and others abroad since 1991. Vast experience in eastern Europe as well as work in Spain, Italy, Sweden and France.

* Developing the Stamford Forum initiative on combining personalisation and community empowerment (see reports) – current.
