The Stamford Forum operates as a partnership, seeking collaborative
advantage from joint working between our members who share key values and experience of enabling participative learning processes.
It is neither a consultancy nor a think-tank. Be they individuals or organisations, members who want to work on thorny issues
that matter to them can do so through the Stamford Forum. The Stamford Forum can respond and/or initiate and we invite people
and organisations to join us to take part in our enquiries and actions

Peter
Brookes is currently working with Vijaya Kotur on developing training
and participative workshops on Equalities, Community Engagement and
Faith based issues. Recent successful workshops in Redcar, Hartlepool,
Stockton and Sunderland have highlighted a need for a more robust
dialogue between statutory service providers and local citizens in
order to turn the big society vision from rhetoric to reality.
